My product was delivered broken. What do I do?
We use USPS to ship most packages. We package all products to ensure no breakage occurs during shipment; however, in the case a bottle has broken, we apologize for the inconvenience.
If this does occur, please be careful with the packaging as our products are glass. Please take a photo of the broken glass with the label showing, and email the photo to hello(at)overcomeveryday(dot)com. Please include your name and order number in the email.
Once our team has reviewed the material, our team will send a new item as a replacement.
I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
Missing something? We apologize! Please email us. In your email, please let us know your name, order number and what was missing from the order and we will send a replacement.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Receive something you didn't order? Our mistake! Please email us to let us know and we will send a pre-paid return label. Please pack up the product in the packaging it came in and simply give it to your USPS mail carrier. We'll take it from there.
I need my product shipped to a different location. What do I do?
If you have ordered a product but it is shipped to the wrong address, please notify us immediately by email at hello(at)overcomeveryday(dot)com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will work with you the change the shipping address.
My tracking says my package was delivered by I did not receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes USPS tracking will say it has delivered but you have not received your product. If this is the case, please wait 1-4 more days for the product to show up. If the product has still not arrived 4 days after the product was delivered, please email us at hello(at)overcomeveryday(dot)com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you try our products and feel it isn't working for you, let us know. We would be happy to return or exchange the product for something that works for you. We accept returns within 30-days of purchase. We do not accept returns for taste.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To process a return or exchange, please let us know what item you will be returning or exchanging, and we will send a pre-paid shipping label. Print out the label and carefully package the product in a mailer. Attach the label to the package and give it to your USPS mail carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. By returning a purchased item to us, you are transferring ownership of that item to us. In the event we reject your requested refund, we have no obligation to return the item to you.
If your requested refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If your requested exchange is approved, we will send out your new product within 24-hours of receiving your returned product.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How do I make a gift exchange?
We are so thrilled someone has gifted you a product! If you would like a different product please let us know. In order to accept an exchange for a gift, please send a copy of the original receipt of purchase to hello(at)overcomeveryday(dot)com. We will process the refund or exchange like a normal return or exchange.
If a return is processed, the sale price is returned to the original purchaser. We apologize but we cannot send the return amount to the giftee. Please see our returns and exchanges Q&A for our returns and exchanges process.
Do you refund shipping?
Normally, we provide free shipping; however, if by chance you paid for shipping and are returning a product, we cover the full price of the return, including taxes and shipping.
When can I expect my refund?
Please wait 5-7 days for a refund to process.
If we have notified you of the approval of a refund and you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
